Founded in 1972, Mid-City Steel, Inc. has grown into a technologically advanced, AISC- and CWB-certified steel fabricator headquartered in La Crosse, Wisconsin. For more than five decades, our vision, mission, and values have guided how we work, how we build relationships, and how we deliver steel for some of North America’s toughest jobs.
Today, Mid-City Steel serves industrial facilities and equipment markets across power generation, mining, petrochemical, and transportation sectors. We partner with equipment manufacturers, facility owners, architects, engineers, design-build firms, and general contractors throughout North America.
Our fabrication capabilities include structural steel, plate work, architectural and ornamental metalwork, and miscellaneous steel products such as stairs and handrails. With a strong focus on 3D digital steel fabrication, we deliver defect-free steel that fits right in the field and performs as intended.
